The things people ask before booking.
01 How is this different from a storage unit?
You never rent a room. We store items on shelves and racks, each with its own label and photo record, and you pay per item per month. If you only leave four things behind, you pay for four things.
02 Can I get one item back without collecting everything?
Yes. Tick the items you want in your account and leave the rest on the shelf. Retrieval of one item costs the same as retrieval of twenty — you only pay the pickup or delivery leg.
03 What does it cost?
From Rp 35.000 per item per month for small things up to Rp 200.000 for extra large. Surfboards go on the rack at Rp 150.000 per board. Six months takes 15% off, twelve months 25%.
04 How fast is retrieval?
Request before 15:00 and we deliver the next working day within your zone. Collection at the Sanur facility is available the same day during opening hours, Mon–Sat 08:00–18:00 WITA.
05 What can't I store?
Nothing hazardous, perishable, living, or illegal. Batteries above 100Wh and anything with an odour need a look from our team first — email a photo to hello@storageinbali.com and we will tell you straight away.
06 What happens if I stop replying?
We hold items for 60 days past a missed payment and keep emailing you. Nothing is disposed of or sold before that, and never without written notice.

Tell us roughly what there is and where it is. You get prices and a pickup slot by email, usually within the hour.
