Terms, and what we cannot store.

The short version sits above each clause. The clause is the part that binds, but the summary is honest.

In one paragraph

You keep ownership. We keep custody, photograph everything, and release items to whoever holds a valid code. Monthly billing, cancel any month, no exit fee. Cover to Rp 5.000.000 per item included. After 60 days unpaid and unreachable we may sell goods to recover the debt.

    Ownership and custody

    Your things stay yours.

    We take custody, never ownership. By handing goods over you confirm you have the right to store them and that they are not subject to a claim by anyone else.

  2. 02

    Release of goods

    A valid code releases the listed items.

    Retrieval codes last 4 hours and name the exact items they release. Anyone holding the code may collect those items, so treat a code the way you would treat a key. Every handover is photographed.

  3. 03

    Billing and cancellation

    Monthly, in advance, cancel any month.

    Invoices are issued on the 1st and due within 7 days. Prepaid six or twelve-month terms are refunded pro rata if you retrieve everything early. There is no exit fee and no minimum term on monthly billing.

    Liability and insurance

    Rp 5.000.000 per item is included.

    Declare a higher value and we arrange cover at 0,8% of the declared amount per year. We do not cover gradual deterioration of items you asked us to store against our written advice, and we will always give that advice in writing rather than after the fact.

    Unpaid accounts

    Sixty days, then a lien.

    After 60 days unpaid we may sell goods to recover the debt, following written notice to your email address and to the emergency contact you gave us. Any surplus from a sale is returned to you.

  6. 06

    Privacy

    Your catalogue is yours alone.

    Item photographs are visible only to you and to staff on shift. We never use them in marketing without written permission, and we delete them 12 months after your last item leaves.

We cannot store these

Not a legal formality — these are the things that damage everyone else's belongings, or that we are not licensed to hold.

  • Flammables

    Petrol, gas bottles, paint thinner, solvents

  • Explosives

    Fireworks, ammunition, flares

  • Perishables

    Food, plants, seeds, anything that attracts insects

  • Living things

    Animals of any kind, including fish

  • High-value portables

    Cash, jewellery, passports, documents of title

  • Anything illegal

    Drugs, protected species, unlicensed goods

Motorbikes are fine, drained of fuel with the battery disconnected. Fridges and washing machines must be dry, doors taped open. If you are unsure about something, email a photo before your pickup slot and we will tell you straight away.
